Ellisville, MS Equal Opportunity Employer Vet/Disabled Job Description The Order Scheduling Specialist is responsible to work with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, and Sales in order to provide information necessary to meet customers' order delivery requirements.
They are also responsible for maintaining the medical order database and providing weekly production schedule and sales dollars reports.
This individual will need to possess exceptional customer service and communication skills to adequately meet our customer's needs while maintaining a strong working relationship with the sales force, management, and various internal departments.
This is a results oriented position that requires an organized, hardworking, self-driven, focused individual determined to improve the customer experience.
Responsibilities Work with Engineering on order status.
Work with purchasing on parts availability.
Work with production on production dates.
Manage and distribute the Open Orders Report.
Proper communication with all teams.
Report on customer orders weekly.
Assist with system improvements.
Hold regular planning meetings with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Materials Management.
Skills/Qualifications REQUIREMENTS Requires reporting to Operations Manager.
Position is located at corporate in Ellisville, MS.
Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule (occasional weekend and/or evening work).
QUALIFICATIONS Four year college degree from an accredited institution preferred.
Technical Experience is preferred.
Corporate level proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, official e-mailing, and computer skills, etc.
Presentable, courteous and pleasant personality.
Hardworking, sincere, honest, dedicated and self-achiever.
