PG Technologies, LLC, a joint venture between Praxair Surface Technologies, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Praxair, Inc., and GE Aviation, focuses on the development, support and application of specialized coatings tailored for GE Aviation?s current and future engine platforms. PG Technologies is headquartered in Ellisville, Mississippi with coating operations in Ellisville, Mississippi, Indianapolis, Indiana and the Republic of Singapore.? We are ?seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Ellisville, MS location.?
The TA Specialist will support PG Technologies? rapid growth by collaborating with Hiring Managers to provide, full cycle recruiting support to meet the needs of the business. The TA Specialist will have full responsibility for candidate sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, and managing the offer and hiring processes.? This position will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager in Indianapolis, IN.
Talent Acquisition

  • Recruit, interview and retain a qualified pool of associates for placement

  • Act as a liaison with candidates evaluating skills required for various job assignments and filling open requisitions in an effective and timely manner

  • Continuous tracking of recruiting metrics

  • Sourcing candidates (both active and passive) as well as conducting phone/in person interviews

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Possess strong negotiation skills and telephone sales skills.

  • Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels including associates, internal colleagues and management.

  • Recruiting in a manufacturing environment a plus.

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor?s Degree required with?4 + years recruiting experience

  • ATS experience, Taleo preferred

  • General expertise in local HR practices and employment related legislation

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
