Inside Sales Manager

Responsibilities Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff. Direct and coordinate company inside sales and prospecting functions. Develop and manage the Sales Development team and coordinate the strategic activity. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of current customer sales, methods, costs and results. Develop and manage current customer sales budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets and staff. Directly develop and manage specific accounts and coordinate the personnel for the management of all other customer accounts. Participate in the development of new project proposals for sales development and brand promotion. Participate in the development of new market expansion and product sales growth for Inside Sales group. Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures for department. Participate in the planning and development of company branding and account communication materials. Support the efforts of other personnel for positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors. Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance customer sales operations. Participate in strategic departmental planning and execution. Structuring account and Inside Sales team sales goals, revenue, and activity requirements. Other duties as assigned.     REQUIREMENTS Requires reporting to VP of Sales of Howard Medical. Position is located at headquarters in Ellisville, MS. Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule (occasional weekend and/or evening work). Requires occasional travel.   Skills/Qualifications Four year college degree from an accredited institution; masters in business administration (MBA) or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum five years of sales or sales management experience is required. Minimum five years of medical sales experience is preferred. Minimum three years in a sales operations, sales expansion planning, or sales support management role. Corporate level proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, official e-mailing, and computer skills, etc. Presentable, courteous and pleasant personality. Hardworking, sincere, honest, dedicated and self achiever.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
