AV Pre Sales Engineer

Job Description Howard Medical is looking for a motivated and productive Audio/Visual Pre-Sales Engineer to providesupportand assistance to the sales team - specific to their territory - regarding the sale of AV products and solutions. This includes, but is not limited to on-site consultations, customer relations, walk throughs, quotes, system designs and any other service which will further aid AV sales. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities and Duties Travel territory as needed both with and without sales reps for onsite meetings and site surveys Increase AV sales in assigned territory Create system designs as needed Customer consultations to discuss options for system designs On-site demonstrations of new technology Skills/Qualifications Have 4+ years of experience in the commercial AV industry Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner to customers, suppliers, and integration partners Extensive knowledge and experience with audio-visual systems, products, and components Significant experience with installation and commissioning of custom audio, video, and control systems. Familiarity with product lines such as Crestron, Extron, Epson, Panasonic, DaLite Great communication skills, high ethical standards, and ability to work independently. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
